Sister Sarah Rayah (=Beloved) of God is 34 years old and she originally hails from Guam.
She joined the Carmelite Monastery of Morristown New Jersey ten years ago. Experiencing the beauty of community life and the joy of leading a prayerful life in Carmel, she will now make her solemn profession at Saint Teresa Church in Cospicua. This Church is the oldest Discalced Carmelite Church in Malta.
At the moment, the Carmelite Sisters are founding their second Carmelite monastery in Rabat. The new foundation is an offspring of Morristown Carmel.
