The author is Fr. Timothy Tierney OCD.
The title is St. Raphael Kalinowski Apprenticed to Sainthood in
Siberia.
Fr. Tierney is also the author of a
great book on Ven. Hermann Cohen OCD titled A Life of Hermann Cohen
From Franz Liszt to John of the Cross.
They are quite expensive
but worth reading…
